The Subject Property consists of a 51,962-square foot Fiesta Mart supermarket and adjacent retail space of approximately 21,306 square feet. Additionally, Fiesta Mart has an “On the Go” gasoline island located at this center. The Property, in its entirety, is known as Southeast Center.
FCMRE represented the purchaser during the acquisition of the property.
